On May 8th, you have them playing a concert at Routes in Exeter, but that evening I saw them perform at Colchester Institute in Colchester, supported by The Passions. I don't know if they were originally meant to play in Exeter and then there was a change, but I think the gig in Colchester was advertised well in advance and wasn't hastily arranged....
I kept a list of all the gigs I attended from 1978-1982 at the back of a book in which I listed my records (....) and wouldn't have made a mistake. There were around 100-150 people there (....)
